如顧客因個人理由未能收件，請與Royal Mail聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗，你的訂單將會被列作取消。

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail

• Delivery fee: Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee of £5 on any net purchase below £70.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address：

• Please contact Royal Mail or contact customer.service@axehealthconcept.co.uk  to track your shipment

• Once the order is shipped, any changes of delivery address shall be arranged with Royal Mail directly or contact customer.service@axehealthconcept.co.uk. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

• If the shipment cannot deliver to the customer due to personal reason, please contact Royal Mail directly for further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order will be cancelled.
